I did go to that page of ebay to get a refund on the unwanted printed labels and said it would take around 21 days to get refunded. I was able to make a label 3x5 inches, how I did it , I don`t know. But its sad that you can`t talk to anyone on ebay any more. And many times its hard to figure out on a site as to what to do. Thank you for your suggestions. Ron Bayne
