Donna, Mike, Need more info. Sounds like either an AOL firewall problem with accessing the database CGI bin or just an Internet explorer problem. Do you have the latest version of AOL and/or IE? Does it just happen on EBAY? Did you install any plug-ins? software (new)? Or did it just start to occur? MAC or PC? Try setting all preferences on IE to the default in the "internet options" dropdown menu. Note your old settings so if it doesn't work, you can reset. Also try what Bill said. Let the Hard Drive set at least 10 secs before restart.
