If the chipguide became members only it would add value to club membership. You don't need to join a club to collect something. If you're against a members-only chipguide then what else is there that adds value to joining? This would retain current membership and hopefully get some new members. Somebody has suggested this and at first, I disagreed but it could help. Maybe it should be on a trial basis like 6mos to a year? See if it makes a difference.
I'm not looking for an argument it's just my opinion.
