My Parents used it for yrs.. I think they took it from Dc... I don’t Remember why, I don’t know if it starts in DC or it was just easier than from where they lived in NYC.
I believed they used the handicap service they provided.
As I can remember my Mom liked it A lot and my Dad would have rather Taken a moped Down i95.
