I love it. I get a roomette. The upper bed is a little hard to get in. A room might be better for you and Brenda. It beats driving. For me going down it saves me a day in transit. You want to be in Lorton by noonish. Get the earlier dinner. I've using it once or twice a year for the last 10. I have had very few problems with Amtrak.

You drive to almost anywhere in FLA in a reasonable time.
