You can find the logo above on other chips, matchbooks and other items. You can see many differences, such as the lower case e in "el." The line below the name on the hot stamp is not on the inlayed chip. I have never seen the hot stamp logo on anything from the El Casino in the Bahamas. So, I wouldn't attribute it to there without pretty solid evidence.
