Horseshoe Council Bluffs Casino has one too. Last time I was there it wasn't too busy - just a couple of people playing on-and-off pretty consistently. I was not too impressed; for me, all the digitalization takes the fun away from a traditional craps table. However, I could see from the casino's point of view it's an excellent alternative as it only requires one dealer and all transactions are done via the machine/screens such that the dealer never handles any payments.
