I am trying to understand exactly what your question it as I thought I had answered questions about the organization several times in this thread already.

You mention that there is no way to get to the MOGH site from the club one?
Try clicking on the giant MOGH logo on the bottom left of the main page.
OR you can hit the link that says Museum Fund which brings you to MOGH information and a link to the MOGH page.

Not really sure what the question is in reference to the clubs constitution as the MOGH falls within those guidelines as an educational project.
