Joel, this is just a guess although maybe a little bit educated. I think that chip is from the Becky Binion Behnen ownership period. I've seen it before, but I have not seen a higher denom that matches it. That doesn't mean there isn't any, it just means I haven't seen them . That being the case I would say it might have been some table game promotion as opposed to poker NCV. There are Horshoe guys like Ross Poppel who might know more.
