except the "no partial refunds." When buyers place multiple orders with me, I combine shipping and send partial refunds as a courtesy. I would hate to see that feature disappear (and my buyers would hate it even more).

With new postal rates next week, I am raising my rates so buyers will take an even bigger hit in those situations.
