... first by PRICE then by the BIOS (Hard drives are also limited by BIOS). It's one of the first things 'connected' at boot-up prior to any environment (Windows OS, etc) loading.
I have been running Win98 but if I upgrasde I will be looking at XP or Win2000 (NT). I like the NT OS. It didn't crash like Windows but when it did ..... &$%@#@ I'll be looking at dual monitors too, I use dual 21" LCDs at work and I like it. But Win 2000 has a few 'quirks' about duals that Win98 or NT doesn't. So, I'll be 'reasearching' a little more before I swap OSs and go dual at home. (Would LOVE to go Dual LCDs but they're still way toooo pricey for me.)
