It's the lowest denomination of a series of fantasy chips. They are listed in the Guide just below the real casino chips.
It's a tough call but I would be in favor of "real" looking fake chips to be listed in the main section of the Guide. It's too easy to think you've found a real rarity. Especially newer collectors.
