The discussion you mentioned might have started with me a year or so ago when I was posting "wanted" messages for handfuls of lower-value chips, but I'm not positive. One would think that what you just described would make them worth much more than a "C" value. Again, I'm hoping that someone has one or two laying around and can spare one for me.
