Highly Disappointed...Here's Why!

On Dec. 6, I successfully paid for seven chips from a club life member for a fair price. I paid the same day with PayPal. After two weeks went by and no chips in my mailbox, I recontacted the person who said he had not mailed them, but would return my money if the chips didn't arrive. Still no chips or explanation from the seller. I don't want a refund, I want the chips I purchased off this board.
I will keep everyone posted if the chips make it to my mail box.
