Little Caesars was owned by a guy named Gene Mayday. He was a bookie and a gambler. He layed off Stupaks bet and took the juice as his end which was roughly $50,000. He bought Stupak that jet car which was powered by a motorcycle engine as a present for the bet. They used it for publicity at both places.
