Pechanga has 'em; Kaiser Permanente in L. A. does, too. One of my employers was certain I was having a heart attack and insisted on taking me to Kaiser, and when he go there - he was looking for a parking space and I told him to just look for a green light on the ceiling. He was impressed! And I didn't die of a heart attack while he was fumbling around looking for one, which was even more impressive.
