They capped the attendance at this years Chilli Bowl in Tulsa at 25%. Good move but I didn't win the ticket lottery. With 356 Midgets entered and 5 nights of racing I hate to miss it. I like to stop there on my way the Vegas every January. Not going there either. Bad year continues.
