~~~ the series from which the two known chips originated are specific to one location; with intention; since there are no known or recorded 2½ denomination Ivory chips (at least when not first introduced to the hobby)... Otherwise, they would be known. In fact, I believe the rim design is also unknown, which leads me to believe there was some careful planning involved.
