Not worth $200. Generally speaking, these chips are rather comon, yet pretty old. Individually, they can sell for $5, but only 1 at a time, maybe every 3 - 4 weeks. In quantity, they can get $1 each. The red, white and blue versions are very common. The yellows hold a better value.

The cards are interesting, and can probably be dated, by cross-referencing the alpha character, of the alpha/numeric code on the ace of spades, against the code chart for playing cards of the United States Playing Card Company. Just Google - USPCC Date Codes. Lastly, the box does not look special to me.

Please note, that this post does not address the "50" chips.
