The second saying 100% effectiveness against "severe" cases... which I interpreted as; we'll just have to wait to see how many "non-severe" cases there would be... and was wonder what is a "non-severe" case and will those exceed the obvious 5.9% of "Covid-19 cases"?

Just seems like two sets of estimates and not just one being broken down. Maybe it's just the punctuation, but that's the way I'm reading it.
