Quite a collection of ashtrays. I'm enjoying seeing them.

I notice that sometimes the trays come in 3-4 (or more?) different glass colors, but with the same image. Did the tray manufacturers routinely sell them like that -- a box of each color, etc. -- or do you think they were specifically ordered like that? Or were the colors re-orders over time, in whatever color was available or desired?

Just curious.
