And you have a better PLAN, You could always just leave the state after 10 P.M just to thumb your nose at the rules and find another state that's better.
If folks would follow the rules perhaps it would be better but since they don't we will never know, and be sure to Run right out and buy all the T.P and Paper Towels you can find since folks are now saying the T.P makers will have to end two shifts to comply with the new rule.
