Ron - apparently the casino opens to the public tomorrow morning at 6 am... here the headline and first paragraph of a press release I found online:

Live! Casino Pittsburgh today announced that the new $150-million gaming and entertainment destination, located at the Westmoreland Mall, will open on November 24 at 6am (pending approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board). Leading up to the November 24 public opening, Live! Casino will host a series of invitation-only private events, including charity nights on November 14-15 to benefit the Westmoreland County Food Bank and Sage’s Army, as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 17."

The press releases was written before the latest round of Covid-19 restrictions, so I'm not sure if the dates are still accurate - I'll try to call them today and get some up-to-date information.
