Seriously, if you like, I can login to your system remotely and fix this pretty quickly, I think. Download and install the app found at http://sos.splashtop.com and it will present you with a 9-digit code that I will use on my end to access your system (while you watch, of course). After I disconnect, the code doesn't work so I can't get back in until you give me a new code. I use this program to help my internet customers and it's easy and safe.
