This Peppermill chip is for a grand opening in 2000. Not the original opening of Peppermill (casino in 1985 and restaurant even before that).

Maybe for their new hotel tower, etc. expansion around that time? Not sure what "grand opening" refers to, so asking about it ... just curious.
