For the idiots who don't give a dam* about their fellow man and don't wear masks at least the shield would be of some help.

Maybe the mandates from state officials should specify that if you don't wear a mask you MUST wear a shield. That should override
any medical exception claims and would ensure that everyone has some type of facial covering.

It would help a lot if retail stores would not allow uncovered individuals to enter. I know they don't want
to offend a customer but if they allow some in without coverings they may not have to be concerned as
those individuals may catch the bug and never have the opportunity to shop again.
