There is no program that will let you do everything that you want but there is one program that I use for things just like this. There is a free program called CUTEPDF that is a virtual printer and only saves PDF files to your computer (google search). It will leave the header of the search on the first page; the 'TOP' bottom in the lower right corner and general website information in each corner. The best results I get are to set the search with 6 columns and 200 items per page. Attached are two pages for samples (courtesy of the chipguide).
