I do not know how other hospitals and facilities such as old-age homes handle it. But you should have checked into Cedars-Sinai a day before the elections instead of walking all over Loxahatchee looking for a stray castaway ballot . . . asked for a new heart and a ballot! BTW - last time I was in Loxahatchee, it had a population of 50 (not including snapping turtles) - I cannot imagine a 2 hour wait there for ANYTHING.
