While I have never sold personal chips I have considered it. I haven't done it yet, but I may one day. Sometimes I give the chips back to the person whose chip it is if they are duplicates.
I have made many of personal chips and they cost in and about one dollar each, then there was postage. In the old days I would have a list and when my chips came in they all got mailed out. So if you are selling personals it is fine as they did cost you something if they were received in trade.
