I know Gene did major research on these 15+ years ago after my friend Vicki C found a stash in Lodi, CA.
I see the whites ( which almost ALL have cigarette burns) and the mustards. I rarely see the reds or greens.

Most of the reds and greens were canceled anyway with what almost looked like a brand or squiggles from a soldering iron.
