I have a black and a brown Dachshund but both are hairy - I did not like them, my son paid $1,800 each and was told they are real breed dachshunds, it turned out that they were hairy not the real breed!
The breeder was in California, when he was in Coarsegold, CA.

They get 4 times a year haircuts - at $60.00-$70.00.

In our local Petco and PetSmart's they accept "pre order" but very expensive, 3-3.5 grands.

I bought at the Flea Market in North Las Vegas - Broadacres lap dogs Chihuahua for $50 only

They are nice watch dogs.
