That you are basically poking a bear. I would say that about 85% of Club members (and ChipBoard contributors are older than 55... white men who are mostly republican. Almost anything you say against the President / politics is going to come with backlash ...whether you are right or not.

I’m not trying to stir the pot!!...but if David Spragg said everything you did or something in the same lines...( I really doubt he would) ...he would most likely not been chastised like you were. It is most likely because of his involvement with the hobby.

In my opinion...I don’t really care that Trump is our President... but I don’t really like him as a person..I think he is a bully and does many things unbecoming of a President. Tweeting insults to his rivals and belittling people. It comical in one sense, unbelievable in another and I think it makes our country look bad.
I have no idea who will win the election...but who ever it is...we will have protesting, rioting and looting. Buildings will burn and people will be crying about the injustice...either way.

I’m not saying that everything Trump does is bad...he has done many good things...I just think the way he goes about it sometimes is not in good taste.

That doesn’t mean I don’t like Trump supporters or Biden supporters. We all have our own opinions and the freedom to voice them. I do feel that anyone not supporting Trump will get backlash because of the majority of Trump supporters on this Board. Because John B or Dennis B have different political opinions than myself...doesn’t mean I can’t call them friends and break bread with them one day.

And Garin...if you think you are being picked on because you are criticizing US politics...you are correct. I personally think you have the right to criticize..but others also have a right for rebuttal.
