I don't do it Bob, but I have found that there are some people/groups that specialize in listing items, taking care of the images, shipping, billing Etc. for a small percentage of the total. I don't know if they list themselves as a person or a "sales office".

As for who, that should be simple. Maybe they want to be a business and not a name?
