I’m pretty sure that all the big places on the Strip have “tiles” games, like Bellagio and Aria. Only once in my entire casino life have I ever seen an instruction table for pai gow tiles, and when I did, I just had to sit down at it. It was many years ago at the Eldorado in Reno, and they gave out a little chart of the special combinations, and the dealer made it seem a little simpler.
