I noticed three things:

1. It appears to be plastic;
2. The date in the center with the 3 underlines appears to be made with a sharpie;
3. It should be St. James’s Theatre not St. Jamess Theatre.

Not something I’ve seen nor would I collect it. Probably a prop.
