H.R. Lee of Forrest Hill, Ca in 1948 (I could be wrong)

I believe H.R.Lee was Howard Lee. Forrest Hill is in between Auburn and Rocklin California. Howard Lee also lived in Loomis in 1950 and ran a Chinese Club called Pleasure Hall (in Rocklin)with Harry Wong (famous for Suisun, Ca gambling)
They had a gambling raid at the Pleasure Hall in (I believe 1950) along with another Club called Johnny Walkers ( both located in Rocklin)
