Seller is a long-time eBayer with over 5,000 transactions and 100% feedback rating... and eBay also notes that there will be an extended period of time for handling; and in red text quotes 15 days at minimum with an estimated delivery date of up to 30 days. Though I think I just figured it out; the item is coming from a region within a country that was very hard hit with Covid-19, and that's probably the reason. Shipping was also €40... and stating that it may take additional time in customs, which is okay with me.
