There is a ballot measure here in Colorado to allow the casinos of Black Hawk, Central City and Cripple Creek to exceed their betting limits currently capped at $100. With the increased limits, if passed, they will allow other games such as baccarat. My question is is why do casinos make additional chips exclusively for this game and is this always the case?
