We went out to dinner with the neighbors last night, the upscale restaurant made a big deal on their marquee about their grass fed beef. Stan, his wife Jeanie, and me are all farm kids, my wife Debi is not. We talked at length about this. When we were kids, grass fed beef was the stuff from Argentina they served at Ponderosa. Stringing and not much flavor. What has changed? I guess it could be better health wise than grain fed, but apparently it's now the in thing according to the waiter. And it's certainly not cheaper. I'm hoping someone on here can tell me what I'm missing. By the way, I had the Shrimp
