So Jeff, in response to the quoted question...

ChipGuide does have permission of The Chip Rack authors to use the TCR numbering system, and we thank them for that. But to my knowledge, the allowance applies only to TCR#'s.

With respect to The Gaming Table (TGT), I am not aware of any agreement, with the present owner (who I believe is Howard Herzz), to use any TGT information, as a source.

However, the more definitive answers should be provided by the TCR authors (David Sarles, Jay Sands and David Spragg), the TGT author (Howard Herzz), and the ChipGuide's principal (Charles Kaplan, as the Webmaster and MoGH Board Officer).
