After having at least 4 vacations cancelled this year we finally said the heck with it and just got a condo in Myrtle Beach this week. (Orange Beach in Alabama didn't sound so good after all of the hurricanes). They were supposed to finish up on our tornado damage on Wednesday but did not show up until Friday and still have more work to do. Hopefully they will finally finish on Monday. It is so relaxing to just sit on the beach (actually we spend more time walking on the beach) than it is being home and worrying if a contractor will show up. Now if we can just get the rest of you to wear a mask for a few months and get rid of this thing I will be able to re-plan my trip to France that I have been waiting for three years to do.
