Ok, so I am slow. I am going through some old papers from my mothers estate stuff. I came across this piece of history. Now in doing quick research it is from Missouri. It has the same name and casino logo. All good, well almost. On the on line guide it states opened 7-1-1995 . So now my ponderence perks up. his note has a date of May 27, 1994 .

What came first, the note, or the casino ?
