The chip is from the Owl Club Cafe which was in Tulare, CA from 1955 - 1958. It has a value in Eastman's guide of $26-$35. I think that value may be a little high as I've sold a few of these on eBay and didn't get anywhere near that amount, even for a set of 3 or 4.
