people going indoors need a mask and be 6' apart.
people who are exempted
1 children age 2 and under
2 people who cant physically put on / take off a mask ( quadriplegics, no arms , in handcuffs , etc..)
3 people that will be affected for medical reasons by a mask ( asthma , copd, lung cancer, bronchitus , etc ) people with medical conditions are not required to prove health history.
