Regarding the molds, that Genting mold and all other single-operator molds are considered "House" molds, I think. Usually, they spell out the name, but sometimes use logos only, as in that case.
Another logo example of a House mold is Resorts World. See, for example:
One exception is the Golden Nugget/Las Vegas "G~N" mold. It's really a House mold in my book, but it was grandfathered with its own designation many years ago. See, for example:
BTW, those Burt Co. chips were probably experiments with the silver center inlay. Used a couple of blank chips that were around, including the Genting mold and the Large Key mold, per the 2 examples on the ChipGuide.
