My HNL, HI., The Big Box department chain store I worked in for 20 years, the store manager told us at one of our management meetings:
If an employee just only stole ONCE and never again....they most likely would never be caught!
BUT THEY NEVER STOP AT JUST STEALING ONCE. The more they steal and get away with it, the easier it gets for 'm!
The lost prevention manager told us: 1 out of 6 employees are stealing everyday. but it might not be the same employee everyday!
