I have finally resolved by Problem with Ebay over the dispute concerning a returned item that I posted about a couple of days ago here on the Board
Here is how it went down !!
Ebay was NO halp at all - I could NOT make any real contact with them at all - there customer service dept. is totally shut down by Covid.
Luckily I made the initial purchase thru Paypal Credit on a 12 month no interest charge feature they had available. I called Paypal and talked to a "real" person and they created a new Claim for me that superseded the original Ebay Claim. They told me I will get ALL my original purchase amount ($315.00) refunded to me no matter what happens from here on out. They are contacting the seller to let him know about the new case. I was NOT able to contact the seller as he was NOT taking any questions thru his Ebay account or listings.
It took a while to get this taken care of but it was well worth the effort.
By the way the item was delivered back to the Seller in Riverside , CA today after being "MIA" for 20 days in the USPS system somewhere between Delaware and California.
