Frank was one interesting character. One of the last survivors of old school Vegas. I got a chance to talk to him for a while before the CCA banquet in 2017. It’s amazing how he remembers the stories of the days he worked for Tony Spilotro in Chicago and Las Vegas. I know he did some bad things back in the day. I told him, I thought by him turning evidence and spending all the time in witness protection he did more to help anyone rather than be locked up for the rest of his life. I’m sure his information was invaluable to the FBI and GCB. He had written several books along with his private Vegas tours.
