About 3 countries in Asia has developed rice varieties that can be planted year round and even in salty paddy fields.
Under President Duterte - Japan with over supporting Asian countries, are building the dams and connecting the "islands with bridges" and a myriads of projects - it is believe that the Philippines is on "track" to progress.
