Thanks for the in-depth feedback. I'll take all of it into account.

Some of your suggestions included items that were more directed at online resources (such as this one and other chip/poker/ephemera sites). Those would be best be directed at the people in charge of changing the organization's website as I have no control over that, and I'm not currently interested in developing a resource website to enhance or compete with those that already exist. Lots of great suggestions there, though.
